So this week has been kind of eventful. I'm not going to get into much detail, but lets just say that the week has been horrid. However... it was because of the girls. I have been sick since Thursday. It started off with a cough and then a stuffy nose and so on. It was such a joy... not really.
So yesterday my unit leader finally sent me back to the cabin to sleep and then after lunch I went and slept in the nurses office for like 3 hours. I felt awful in more ways than one because I missed carnival with my kids which was just sad. Carnival is a favorite for Mont Lawn Camp. Each cabin has a different booth set up and the kids just get to go hang out and chill out with friends.
But yes. The kids were a blessing this week. It was crazy how much of a blessing they were. I think it is nap time.
